PURPOSE: A lower cover for a vehicle is provided to reduce manufacturing processes of a steering wheel for a vehicle and reduce manufacturing costs of a steering wheel for a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A lower cover for a vehicle comprises a body(120) and a bolt holder(140). The body is coupled with an armature. The bolt holder is integrated with the main body and accepts a mounting bolt used for combination between the airbag module and the armature. The bolt holder comprises a head unit(160) and a support unit(180). The head unit accepts and fixes the mounting bolt. The support unit is extended fro the head portion to the body and supports the head unit. The support unit is made of multiple legs.
