The assembly has a connection unit including a flow restrictor (112) with a calibrated opening (114) and a valve surface (115). The restrictor moves between removal and filling positions. The surface cooperates with a restrictor seat (116) in a fluid sealed manner in the removal position, so that flow of fluid out of the tank traverses the opening. The surface is remote from the seat to form a flow passage to the tank in the filling position. Surface area of the passage is greater than that of the opening, so that the flow in the filling position is greater than that in the removal position. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for removing pressurized fluid from a pressurized fluid tank (2) a method for filling a pressurized fluid tank with pressurized fluid.
