PURPOSE: A metal ceiling panel is provided to effectively prevent a dew condensation phenomenon due to the temperature difference between an indoor side and a ceiling and to lengthen the durability of a LED by excellent heat protection performance. CONSTITUTION: A metal ceiling panel includes a metal panel(10), a printed circuit board(22), a space portion, and a convex fluorescent condenser lens(34). The metal panel includes a projected portion(12) and a retreated portion(14) formed in the upper and lower side at regular intervals; and a hole(18) formed in the whole or part of the projected portion. The printed circuit board mounts a surface mount device type LED(20) in a position corresponding to the hole of the projected portion and is adhered to the projected portion of the upper side of the metal panel. The space portion is formed between the printed circuit board and the metal panel and is connected to the perpendicular and horizontal direction. The convex fluorescent condenser lens is inserted into a LED exposed to the outside of the hole and is installed in the center of the lower retreated portion of the metal panel.
