PURPOSE: A laminating apparatus and a laminating system of a solar cell module including the same are provided to improve productivity by moving an upper and a lower stage together. CONSTITUTION: Stages(500) are laminated. A laminating unit(400) includes a compression case and a heating case. The compression case is selectively formed in the lower surface of the stage. The heating case is selectively formed in the upper surface of the stage. A flexible elevating unit(600) separates the compression case from the heating case or combines the compression case with the heating case.
