The actuator (1) has a fixed part (3) and a movable part (2) moving with respect to the fixed part. The fixed and movable parts magnetically interact with each other. The fixed part includes a magnetic circuit (21) comprising a magnetic material loop (23) in which a magnet (11) is inserted. The loop is interrupted by an air-gap (12). A magnetizing coil (6) magnetizes the loop. The movable part translationally moves with respect to the fixed part between a remote position of the fixed part and a contact position with the fixed part according to an axis (13).
