PURPOSE: A communications device in which data transmission is possible using the explosion or the rapid electric discharge is provided to transmit data using the rapid electric discharge. CONSTITUTION: A communications device which is a launching body comprises a sensor(110), a power supply unit(130), a control unit(120), and a transmission unit(140). The sensor senses external environment information of the launching body. The power supply unit supplies electricity. The control unit controls the rapid electric discharge from the power supply unit when a predetermined event is detected. The transmission unit transmits the external environment information using the rapid electric discharge.
