PURPOSE: A former for coating an inner wall of a tundish is provided to control the amount of used refractories even in a modified tundish by controlling a space coated on the inner wall of the tundish, thereby reducing the material cost. CONSTITUTION: A former(100) for coating an inner wall of a tundish comprises a former part(110), coupling units(120), and secondary former parts(130). The former part is inputted in the tundish. A profile is formed into the internal shape of the tundish by multiple divided frames. The coupling units couple the multiple divided frames(111-114) to each other and move the divided frames in order to control a gap between the inner wall of the tundish and the divided frames. The coupling units are coupled through bolt holes formed on the coupling face of the divided frames. The secondary former parts are coupled to the exterior of the divided frames in order to control the gap between the divided frames and the inner wall of the tundish.
