PURPOSE: A handcart is provided to conveniently and rapidly transfer goods by stably supporting the goods because the handcart easily jumps over a sill. CONSTITUTION: A handcart(100) comprises a loading plate(1), a handle(2), and moving wheels(3). The loading plate is a rectangular plate shape. The handle is erectly installed in the rear end of the upper side of the loading plate. The moving wheels are installed on the edges of the underside of the loading plate, and are a caster type which can freely change to all directions. Middle wheels are installed in the middle of both sides of the loading plate, and are a noncaster type which cannot change the direction. The middle wheels protrude more downward than the moving wheels.
