<p>PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing ultra low carbon steel reusing remained molten steel is provided to improve productivity and to improve a distribution flow of a steel manufacturing factory. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing ultra low carbon steel reusing remained molten steel comprises; a step(S110,S120) for recovering remained molten steel in insertion ladles and primarily deoxidizing by inserting a slag deoxidizing agent into the insertion ladle; a step(S130) for manufacturing molten steel; a step(S140,S150) for secondarily deoxidizing by inserting the slag deoxidizing agent into the ladle; and a step(S160) for manufacturing ultra low carbon steel by transferring the ladle contained secondarily deoxidized molten steel to a casting process.
