When the control unit tries to provide the communication service, the communication network electronic field value of the activated SIM card is compared with the communication network electronic field value of an inactivated SIM card. When the communication network electronic field value of the inactivated SIM card is greater than the communication network electronic field value of the activated SIM card, the control unit automatically converts the communication network of the inactivated SIM card.
