PURPOSE: A stand for preheating a molten steel injecting pipe of a horizontal centrifugal casting machine is provided to prevent the generation of defects due to temperature decrease by evenly preheating the inside of the injection pipe as a preheating direction of a burner corresponds with the direction of the injection pipe. CONSTITUTION: A stand(100) for preheating a molten steel injecting pipe of a horizontal centrifugal casting machine comprises; a body(110) which is horizontally extended; a burner fixing unit(120) which is formed on one end of the body and where a burner(70) is insert-fixed; and a pipe fixing unit(130) which is formed on the other end of the body and where the molten steel injection pipe is fit-fixed.
