PURPOSE: A ventilator for a vehicle is provided to effectively ventilate the inside of a vehicle and to facilitate to install by comprising a ventilator by using a blast pipe which is already equipped in the vehicle in order to deliver the warm and cold air of a heater and an air-conditioner into the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A ventilator for a vehicle comprises a blast pipe(10), a branch pipe(20), a valve(30), and an air spraying unit(40). The blast pipe blows into the vehicle warm and cold air from a heater and an air-conditioner. The branch pipe is branched from the blast pipe and is connected to the outside. The valve opens or closes the branch pipe. The air spraying unit sprays air into the branch or blast pipe in order to exhaust the air inside of the vehicle to the outside through the inside opening of the blast pipe.
