PURPOSE: A method for improving conductivity of a conductive coating compound is provided to remarkably improve the dispersity and conductivity of conductive paint resin. CONSTITUTION: A method for improving conductivity of a conductive coating compound comprises a step of obtaining a mixture by mixing a reactive diluent to a base material which consists of an epoxy resin and liquid rubber; a step of treating and dispersing conductive filler; and a step of mixing the conductive filler into the mixture. The treatment is an ultrasonic treatment with 20 kHz or more ultrasonic waves. The dispersion is conducted by using beads with a zirconium hardness of 1100 or more by the minimum rotation rate of 1700 rpm.
