PURPOSE: A carbon dioxide recovering method is provided to reduce the loss of an absorbent during a discharge of gas from which carbon dioxide is removed by installing a liquid collecting member and a cooling coil in the upper part of an absorption tower, and to increase absorption efficiency by suppressing a temperature rise due to exothermic reaction. CONSTITUTION: A carbon dioxide recovery system comprises: a mist remover (13), a liquid collection member (14), a cooling coil (15), an injection nozzle (17), and a recycle line. The mist remover is installed in the upper part of an absorption tower (2), and condenses an absorbent in the air. The liquid collecting member is installed in the lower part of the mist remover, and collects the suppressed absorbent. The cooling coil is installed in the liquid collecting member, and cools the collected absorbent. The injection nozzle is installed in the upper part of the mist remover. The recycle line recycles the collected absorbent by connecting the liquid collecting member with the injection nozzle.
