PURPOSE: A locking device for a seat rail for a vehicle is provided to reduce the cost of the product and to share the components of the seat rail for a single and double latch. CONSTITUTION: A locking device for a seat rail for a vehicle comprises a first latch(40), a second latch(50), and a hinge unit(60). The first latch is rotatably connected to a movable rail(20) and includes a plurality of first tooth coupled in the locking holes(11,21) of a moving and fixed rail. The second latch is rotatably connected to the moving rail by being overlapped in the first latch and includes a plurality of second tooth coupled in the locking hole of the moving rail and the fixed rail. The hinge unit rotatably fixes the first latch and the second latch to a fixing unit of the moving rail. |
