PURPOSE: A semiconductor integrated circuit device is provided to reduce a signal skew due to an input buffer by improving the timing margin of a data signal and a clock signal inputted to a flip flop. CONSTITUTION: A differential amplification circuit is connected to an external connection terminal. The differential amplification circuit includes a first differential input unit(11), a second differential input unit(12), and a tail current source. The first differential input unit receives an input signal from an external terminal. The second differential input unit receives a reference voltage. A tail current source receives currents from the first differential input unit and the second differential input unit. A tail current flowing in the tail current source is controlled by detecting the current of the first differential input unit and feeding back the current to the tail current source.
