SAMPLER FOR MOLTEN METAL AND SLAG

PURPOSE: A sampler for molten steel and slag is provided to simultaneously select a molten steel sample and slag sample in a refining process so that risk factors are reduced and working efficiency is improved. CONSTITUTION: A sampler(100) for molten steel and slag comprises an upper pipe(110), a lower pipe(120), a molten steel collecting member(130), and a slag collecting member(140). The upper branch is formed of paper or pulp materials. The lower pipe is joined to the lower part of the upper pipe and formed into a cylindrical shape of a diameter larger than that of the upper pipe. The molten steel collecting member is inserted inside the lower pipe and includes a passage communicated with the outside of the lower pipe. An insertion hole(141) is formed in the central portion of the slag collecting member so that the lower pipe is inserted into the insertion hole. The slag collecting member is formed of a cylindrical shape with a top surface and a closed bottom surface.
