MICROARRAY AND KIT FOR DIAGNOSING SOTOS SYNDROME

PURPOSE: A microarray and a kit for diagnosing SOTOS syndrome are provided to dye samples with different fluorescent substances and to detect gene amplification. CONSTITUTION: A microarray for diagnosing SOTOS syndrome contains genome DNA fragments, 20-100bp oligonucleotide, 100bp-10kbp cDNA, and probes. The oligonucleotide is continuously placed in the genome DNA fragment. The cDNA is derived from the genome DNA fragment. The probes are selected from a group consisting of complements of the DNA fragments, oligonucleotide, and cDNA. The probe has 85% or less of repetitive sequences.
