PURPOSE: A reverse voltage preventing circuit for a system is provided to form a closed circuit when a main unit supplies power to a sub-unit, thereby prevent elements inside the circuit form being damaged even if a reverse voltage is applied to the main unit. CONSTITUTION: A reverse voltage preventing circuit for a system including a main unit and a sub-unit includes a switching element. The main unit and the sub-unit are mutually separated so that the sub-unit is actuated through the switching element only if the main unit actuates the sub-unit. The system includes a charging part(120), a PCM(Protected Circuit Mode) part(130), a regulator(140), and an ECU(Electronic Control Unit)(150). The ECU is the main unit. The PCM part and the regulator are the sub-units. The sub-units assist the main unit, or supply power to the main unit. The switching element is a field effect transistor.
