PURPOSE: A device for attaching a permanent magnet for a rotor is provided to minimize the losses of an adhesive when the permanent magnet is transferred to a target position, thereby enhancing reliability for an adhesive force. CONSTITUTION: A device for attaching a permanent magnet for a rotor includes first rails(100), second rails(112), a transferring part(110), a lifting part(120), a gripping part(130), and a pressurizing part(140). The first rails parallel to each other are respectively and detachably installed on the upper sides of protrusions placed on both sides of a slit groove. The transferring part is equipped first sliders(111) and the second rails. The first sliders, on which the first rails are settled, are installed on the first rails, and are transversely movable along the first rails. The second rails are vertically installed at one side of the transferring part. The lifting part is equipped with second sliders(121) settled on the second rails. The second sliders are vertically movable along the second rails. The gripping part, which is movable together with the lifting part, detachably grips the permanent magnet. The pressurizing part is fit into the slit groove, and is movable by a transferring means. A pressurizing pin(141) for pressurizing the permanent magnet inserted into the slit groove is equipped at the front end of the pressurizing part.
