PURPOSE: A fire detection device and system is provided to prevent unnecessary damage to devices inside a panel by preventing unnecessary operation of a fire extinguishing device and to monitor a condition inside the panel in real time. CONSTITUTION: A fire detection device includes a plurality of sensors(11-14), a control unit(20), a communication unit(30), and a fire extinguishing device(40). A plurality of the sensors is installed inside a panel, detects a situation inside the panel and outputs the detected signal. The control unit analyzes a plurality of the detected signals, determines a condition inside the panel and outputs a fire extinguishing signal according to a determination result. The fire extinguishing device is installed inside the panel and extinguishes fire inside the panel in response to the extinguishing signal.
