PURPOSE: A multistage head extension type micro pile is provided to improve resistance performance against horizontal force and ending stress acting on a micro pile and improve the supporting force by increasing the friction of a pile. CONSTITUTION: A multistage head extension type micro pile(1) includes a casing(10), a micro pile body, and multiple resistance plates(30). The casing is inserted into the borehole of the ground. The micro pile body is inserted into the inner part of the casing. The multiple resistance plates are installed around the lower end of the micro pile body to the longitudinal direction at a constant interval, and are connected to the outer periphery of the micro pile. The diameter of the resistance plate is bigger than the external diameter of the micro pile body and smaller than the internal diameter of the casing, and is inserted into the inner part of the casing.
