PURPOSE: A dual rotary drying apparatus and a drying method using the same are provided to improve the drying efficiency of drying objects, and to reduce the drying time. CONSTITUTION: A dual rotary drying apparatus includes a device frame, a first drying unit, an input unit(200), a second drying unit(300), a driving unit, and a hot wind exhaust device. The first drying unit is installed on the upper side of the device frame, and firstly dries a drying object. The input unit is connected to one end of the first drying unit, and inserts the drying object into the first drying unit. The second drying unit is installed on the device frame, and secondly dries the drying object. The second drying unit discharges the dried object to outside.
