PURPOSE: A multifunctional exercise apparatus is provided to solve the problem of the lack of exercise for modern people, to correct the postures, to develop the necessary muscles for an athlete, and to quickly and correctly implement physical muscle exercises and physical learning for practicing senses. CONSTITUTION: A multifunctional exercise apparatus includes a head frame(1), a back frame(2), a hip frame(3), arm frames(4), and leg frames. The lower neck joint of the head frame is connected with the control pin of the upper portion of the back frame. The control pins on both grooves of the back frame are connected with the shoulder joints of the arm frames, and the lower waist joint of the back frame is connected with the control pin of the upper portion of the hip frame. A hip joint is connected with the control pins on a pair of grooves formed on the lower portion of the hip frame. The upper main joints of the wrist frames are connected with the control pins on grooves formed on the lower portions of the arm frames. The control pins on grooves formed on the lower portions of the leg frames are connected with the upper knee joints of the calf frames.
