PURPOSE: A power collecting module of a power collector is provided to automatically control the capacity of a capacitor for maximizing the output power of the power collector, thereby enhancing output efficiency of the power collector. CONSTITUTION: A power collector is delivered with the amount of power from a power supply device. A switch control device receives output information though a rectifier and a controlling device of the amount of power by being supplied with power from the power supply device. Multiple switches turns on or off by power supplied from the switch control device. A regulator controls power to be provided to a battery or motor.
