发明名称 A METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SYNTHETIC NATURAL GAS
摘要 PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of synthetic natural gas is provided to improve activity ratio of blast furnace gas by converting synthetic natural gas as a new energy source using blast furnace gas generated form iron manufacturing. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of synthetic natural gas comprises following steps: collecting carbon monoxide gas from collected blast furnace after collecting blast furnace; converting carbon monoxide gas generating hydrogen gas by using some of collected carbon monoxide; synthesizing of methane gas which reacts generated hydrogen gas using a part among of collected carbon monoxide gas; and synthesizing methane by reacting generated hydrogen gas and some part of carbon monoxide gas. After the collecting stage of carbon monoxide gas, a step which separates collected carbon monoxide gas into carbon monoxide gas using for water gas shift step and carbon monoxide gas using for methane gas polymerization step is also comprised. In the water gas shift step, the hydrogen gas is produced by reacting the carbon monoxide gas and steam.
