PURPOSE: A hard-coating composition is provided to form a hard-coating film with membrane strength such as scratch resistance and abrasion resistance, and elongation equal to or more than conventional hard-coating films for in-mold decoration films and to facilitate curved surface molding. CONSTITUTION: A hard-coating composition comprises (a) a urethane-based acrylate copolymer and (b) nano dispersion silica surface-treated with acrylate. The urethane-based acrylate copolymer is obtained by reacting (a1) a reactant of an acrylic monomer having a hydroxyl group and a diisocyanate compound having two or more isocyanate groups with different reactivity, with (a2) an acrylate-based copolymer having a hydroxyl group. |
