PURPOSE: A television broadcast sharing device and a method thereof are provided to supply efficiency for sharing TV channels by sharing the TV channels under the control of a master when a plurality of users share the TV channels. CONSTITUTION: When a TV signal is propagated through a broadcasting station antenna(301), a TV module(302) modulates the TV signal into a wireless network signal. A receiving unit of the TV module receives the TV signal. A signal modulator of the TV module modulates the received TV signal into a network signal. A transmitting unit of the TV module transmits the modulated wireless network signal to a portable terminal(303). The portable terminal receives a TV broadcast.
