摘要 PURPOSE: A composite honeycomb ultra-high pressure container is provided to improve sealing safety and strength safety and to control the inflow and outflow of ultra-high pressure gas by coupling an opening and closing valve at the center of a semi-spherical cap. CONSTITUTION: A composite honeycomb ultra-high pressure container comprises a honeycomb cylindrical body(27). Multiple triangular channels(22) or rectangular channels(23) formed between an inner container(20) and an outer container(21), multiple radial support plates(26,26') are extruded in the honeycomb cylindrical body. Interior female threads(14,14') of the inner container are coupled to external male threads(28,28') of semi-spherical caps(24,24'). The ends of the outer container and L-shaped ends of the semi-spherical caps are welded to have outer welding lines(29,29'). An opening and closing valve(30) is coupled to a female formed at the center of one of the semi-spherical caps. Refrigerant entered through an inflow pipe(32) flows out to an outflow pipe(33) through the triangular or rectangular channels. An axial composite wire(34), a helical composite wire(17), a hoop-directional composite wire are alternatively wound and laminated between protruded pins(25,25') in three different directions.
