PURPOSE: A CAS(Conditional Access System) of a digital broadcasting receiver is provided to improve the security level about an EMM(Entitlement Management Message) request message for rapidly responding to various service demand of service subscribers. CONSTITUTION: A management unit(110) generates a purchasing demand message from a service subscriber. The management unit generates EMM request message about the purchase demand unlicensed service. A security unit(130) creates a cipher EMM request message and transmits the ciphered EMM request message to an information transmission unit. A control unit(150) performs the payment about the purchase requested service according to the certification result of the management unit and transfers the received EMM request message to a CAS server. |
