PURPOSE: An exposure adjusting device of a stereo camera, the stereo camera, and an exposure adjusting method thereof are provided to coincide photometry points of two cameras and to set a proper exposure value by analyzing a brightness value of the photometry portions. CONSTITUTION: An exposure adjusting device of a stereo camera comprises a distance determining unit(10), a photometry point setting unit(30), and an exposure adjusting unit(50). The distance determining unit determines a distance between the camera and a subject. The photometry point setting unit sets photometry points of left and right cameras closer to the center of an angle from a preset point when the distance to the subject is longer than a reference distance and sets the photometry points of left and right cameras further from the center of the angle when the distance to the subject is shorter than the reference distance. The exposure adjusting unit adjusts the exposure of the left and right cameras according to a difference of the brightness at the left and right photometry points.
