[Problem] To provide a vinyl chloride resin composition which has excellent thermal stability and workability and can be eluted to a less extent. [Solution] A vinyl chloride resin composition comprising 100 parts by weight of a vinyl chloride resin, 10 to 120 parts by weight of a di(2-ethylhexyl) terephthalate, and 0.5 to 20 parts by weight of an epoxidized plant oil having a peroxide value of 5 or less.
