Provided is a photoelectric smoke detector that can detect smoke at a high accuracy. The present invention relates to a photoelectric smoke detector that detects, by means of light, smoke flowed into a housing. The present invention is provided with: a light emitting element, which is provided to face a detection region in the housing, and outputs inspection light to the detection region; a light receiving element, which is provided at a position outside of an optical path of the inspection light of the light emitting element to face the detection region, and detects smoke by receiving scattered light of the inspection light that has hit the smoke and scattered; and a reflecting member, which is provided inside of the housing, and reflects the inspection light outputted from the light emitting element to the outside of the light receiving element such that the inspection light does not enter the light receiving element. |
