The control section (3) includes (i) a moving speed calculating section (31) for calculating a moving speed of the moving body on the basis of a detection signal received from the moving body detecting section (2) and (ii) an odor release control section (32) for causing the odor releasing section (4) to release the odor in a case where the moving speed calculated by the moving speed calculating section (31) is not higher than a preset speed.
