Gardening measurement tools for determination of sowing depth and correct spread distance are disclosed herein. A first gardening measurement tool is a gauge for measuring depth by inserting the gauge into the soil. A second gardening measurement tool is a measurement tape having predetermined distance illustrations corresponding to a type of plant seed to determine the spread between seeds to be sown in the soil. On the measurement tape different icons are printed, each of which corresponds to a different vegetable, thereby allowing the handling of seeds of different types of vegetables with a single measurement tape. |
