The active pixel region (100) comprises a plurality of pixel units (10A, 10B), a plurality of gate lines (G1, G2, G3, G4, G5, G6), a plurality of data lines and a plurality of gate lead lines (GIA), wherein two columns of pixel units (10A, 10B) are arranged between two adjacent data lines of the plurality of data lines, each gate lead line (GIA) of the plurality of gate lead lines (GIA) is arranged between two columns of pixel units (10A, 10B), and each gate line (G1, G2, G3, G4, G5, G6) is connected to a corresponding line of the plurality of gate lead lines (GIA). According to the array substrate (1) and the display device, the gate lead lines (GIA) are arranged in the active pixel region (100), so that the unbalanced influence of the data lines on pixels can be balanced and a border is narrowed.
