Provided is a conductive adhesive tape capable of exhibiting stable electrical conductivity even when used over the long-term or in a severe environment. This conductive adhesive tape having an adhesive layer on one surface of a metal foil is characterized in that when subjected to the constant temperature and humidity test described below, the initial (after zero hours have elapsed) resistance value measured is 1O or less, while the resistance value measured after 1500 hours have elapsed is not more than five times as large as the initial resistance value. [Constant temperature and humidity test] The conductive adhesive tape is attached to silver plating in a manner such that the size of the area of attachment is 5mm x 6mm (surface area: 30mm2), and while in a constant temperature and humidity chamber having a temperature of 85°C and a humidity of 85%RH, the conductive adhesive tape and the silver plating that include the attachment area are subjected to a 2A constant current, and the resistance value of the area of attachment is continually measured.
