<p>Atmosphere contains BF3, SF6, CF4 (CClF2)2 or SO2 as oxidation inhibitor. Spec., the atm. consists of at least one of air, N2, A, He or CO2 to which 0.05-1.0, pref. 0.1 vol.% SF6 is added as inhibitor.</p>
