A self-sealing water inlet valve for bagged water drinking machines comprising a water inlet (1), a locking groove (2), an upper valve body (3), a water inlet passage (4), a water bag interface (5), a locking ring (6), a valve ball (7), a valve ball seat (8), an exhaust valve (9), a lower valve body (10), a middle ring (11), a communication hole (12), a water overflow ring (13), and an exhaust passage (14). The self-sealing water inlet valve for bagged water drinking machines is of a cup shape having an opening at the top, and is provided, in the cup having the opening at the top, with three rings namely, an inner ring, a middle ring, and an outer ring. The heights of the inner, middle, and outer rings are different. The inner ring is the lowest and acts as the lower valve body (10) of the exhaust valve (9). The middle ring is the highest. The upper end of the middle ring is provided with the locking ring (6) that protrudes inward. The middle and lower parts of the middle ring are provided with round holes. The outer ring acts as the water overflow ring (13) of the self-sealing water inlet valve for bagged water drinking machines, the height thereof being lower than the middle ring. After water is filled, the water level inside of the water overflow ring (13) remains the same as the height of the water overflow ring. The water level having the same height as the water overflow ring (13) automatically enables the sealing of the water bag.
