PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing a seaweed extract is provided to improve solubility, affinity, and stability, and to ensure anti-oxidation and anti-wrinkling effects. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition with excellent anti-allergic, sedation, and moisturization effects contains 0.0001-30.0 wt% of a seaweed extract of Sargassum fulvellum AGARDH., Gelidiumamansii Lamouroux, and Hizikia fusiformis (Harvey) Okamura. The cosmetic composition is manufactured in the form of a skin softener, a lotion, a nutrition cream, a massage cream, an essence, an eye cream, a cleansing cream, a cleansing foam, cleansing water, a pack, a spray, or powder.
