PURPOSE: A multifunctional sterilizer and a sterilizing solution for the sterilizer are provided to maintain a clean health condition. CONSTITUTION: A multifunctional sterilizer comprises a spray tub(65) which is made of soft synthetic resin or silicone and accommodates an antiseptic solution, a spray nozzle(55) which is a path for the antiseptic solution, and a spray pipe which is formed in the shape of a hollow pipe, is formed with an antiseptic solution nozzle, and is detachably connected to the spray nozzle.
