PURPOSE: A three-way valve with a return end stop arranged in an air passage is provided to operate an engine even when a return spring is damaged. CONSTITUTION: A three-way valve comprises a first path(2), a first flap(5) arranged in the first path, control units(7-10), and first driving units(12,15). The first driving units are controlled by the control units, and move the first flap from a first position to a second position so that the first flap can be positioned at the first position during the operation of a return unit. Each first driving unit comprises a return driving unit for returning the first flap to the first position when the return unit malfunctions. |
