PURPOSE: An exchanger-reactor for manufacturing hydrogen with steam is provided to increase efficiency by using a steam generating device to carry out endothermic reactions such that oils and alcohols are reformed. CONSTITUTION: An exchanger-reactor for manufacturing hydrogen with steam comprises multiple bayonet tubes(4). The multiple bayonet tubes are hung from a dome of the exchanger-reactor and touch the bottom of the exchanger-reactor(3). The multiple bayonet tubes are used for endothermic reactions and chemical reactions and are surrounded by a pipe(E), which provides flue gas to the bayonet tubes, and a shell(1), which includes an outlet pipe(S) for exhausting low temperature flue gas. The exchanger-reactor comprises; an internal baffle(Bi) which is in parallel with the walls of the shell, and multiple vertical tubes(5) which are included between the walls. The baffle comprises at least one opening part for conveying the flue gas from the center of the exchanger-reactor to the side of the same. The vertical tubes for generating steam receives water through a feeder head(9) which is at the bottom of the exchanger-reactor. A mixture of liquid and steam comes out of the tubes and goes to a collector(7) in the upper part of the dome. A lower line(14) connects the liquid of a separator drum(6) to the collector, and a upper line(13) connects the collector to the upper part of the drum. |
