<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water generating device capable of suppressing consumption of energy and suppressing complication and an increase in size. <P>SOLUTION: Air containing steam is supplied to a first portion 111 of a duct 110. A second portion 112 is connected to the first portion 111. In the second portion 112, one side portion of a body 21 of a rotor 20 is arranged. A third portion 113 is connected to the second portion 112. In the third portion 113, a heating fin 42 of a heating/cooling device 49 is arranged. A fourth portion 114 is connected to the third portion 113. In the fourth portion 114, the other side of the body 21 of the rotor 20 is arranged.
