<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation transmission device which is achieved in the reduction of material costs and weight, and facilitated in finding erroneous belt hanging. <P>SOLUTION: The rotation transmission device is constituted in such a manner that: a pulley 54 is rotatably pivoted to a rotating shaft 51 via rolling bearings 52, 53; a one-way clutch 60 for transmitting rotation in one direction of the pulley 54 is arranged between the rotating shaft 51 and the pulley 54; a plurality of V-grooves 54d are formed at the external periphery of the pulley 54; and a belt 90 having a plurality of V-protrusions 91 engaged with the V-grooves 54d is bridged over the external periphery of the pulley 54. The outside diameter of the pulley 54 at both sides of the plurality of V-grooves 54d is made to be substantially the same with the outside diameter of a crest between the V-grooves 54d, there are formed interference protrusions 54f for pushing up the V-protrusions 91 to the outside-diameter side when the plurality of V-protrusions 91 are attached to the plurality of V-grooves 54d while being displaced in the axial direction of the rotating shaft 51 are formed at the end face of the pulley 54, and escaping notches 54g for making the V-protrusions 91 escape to the inside-diameter side are formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
