<p>Provided is a wheelchair operating apparatus for elevators such that a space for a wheelchair can be ensured in an elevator by registering a wheelchair call at an elevator lobby even when the elevator stops at a floor before arriving at the floor from which the wheelchair call is made. In order to implement the present invention, a wheelchair operating apparatus according to the present invention is provided with: a lobby passenger detection means that detects a passenger in a lobby; a wheelchair passenger presence determination means that determines whether the passenger detected by the lobby passenger detection means is a wheelchair passenger; an in-cage passenger detection means that detects a passenger in the cage; a capacity determination means that stores the quantity of the wheelchair passenger at the lobby and the quantity of the passenger detected by the in-cage passenger detection means when wheelchair passenger information is transmitted from the wheelchair passenger presence determination means, and that determines a boarding-available quantity; and an alerting device control means that controls an alerting device such that an alert for limiting the boarding of passengers from the intervening floors before arriving at the floor for the wheelchair passenger is issued when the quantity of the wheelchair passenger is already stored in the capacity determination means and there is no boarding-available quantity.</p> |
