Provided are an absorbent article and a mounting structure thereof which, when used by a male, has superior leak prevention in the periphery of the user's legs, while causing little discomfort when mounted. The problem is resolved by an absorbent article (10), comprising a base part (11) which is located in the middle in the width direction, and a double-ended part (12) which is located on both ends of the base part (11) in the width direction. The double-ended part (12) has roll-shaped portions (13) which are thicker than the base part (11) and which are formed in rolls such that the surface wherein the respective lateral end parts (12E) constitute the initial rolls thereof and are on the inside of said rolls, and at least the roll-shaped portions (13) are capable of absorbing urine from an externally exposed surface.
