A solid-state imaging device (10A) according to the present invention is provided with a plurality of pixel cells (11) arranged in matrix, a plurality of vertical signal lines (22) each of which is provided for each column, and a plurality of column circuits (20) each of which is provided for one or more column and to which signal voltage output to the vertical signal lines (22) arranged in the corresponding columns is input. Each of the column circuits (20) is provided with an amplifier (40) having constant current source transistors (115 and 122). The solid-state imaging device (10A) is further provided with a reference current source circuit (80) which applies a first bias voltage to gates of the plurality of constant current source transistors (115 and 122) included in the plurality of column circuits (20). Each column circuit (20) is further provided with a sample holding circuit (50) which holds the first bias voltage.
