<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide woodworking equipment that can press a belt or a chain against a processing object that is moved in a state where no slip is occurred, with small frictional force. <P>SOLUTION: The woodworking equipment contains: a processing object support member 8; and a belt or a chain structure that is placed on the processing object support member 8 and aligns movement of a processing object 7 that is transported for the processing. The belt or the chain structure is guided on at least two defriction pulleys 2 and 3, and contains the belt 1 or the chain that is designed to contact with the processing object 7. The belt or the chain can be pressed with the processing object 7, in the direction to traverse the movement direction of the belt 1 or the chain by a press device 10 assigned to the belt 1 or the chain.
