<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine with a priority start prize hole and a non-priority start prize hole in which a symbol stopping time is extended based on a jackpot random number value, while restricting a player's speculative spirit. <P>SOLUTION: The game machine includes a first special symbol display device 20 for variation display and stop display of special symbols based on the entry of a game ball into a first start prize hole 14 of the non-priority start prize hole, and a second special symbol display device 21 for variation display and stop display of special symbols based on the entry of a game ball into a second start prize hole 15 of the priority start prize hole. A main CPU 110a decides a special symbol stopping time based on a random number value stored in a special symbol storage area for the following variation.
